A journey through the historical times of Oświęcim, which provokes further exploration, prompts further reflection on the importance of the existence of bakeries in times when they were the only source of food for many. We create the basis of our architectural concept on the history of everyday life of people of those times. What we discover: many threads important for the history of our city are not yet covered or are not passed on, made available for further exploration or left without proper care to create messages for the next generations.
