We discover the history of old bakeries of Auschwitz. As part of the project, we have been collecting historical materials for over a year, which we successively present along with the idea of the project. An amazing journey through time, discovering the lives of ordinary people from pre-war, war and post-war times, where the leitmotif is bread. Particularly close are the bakeries chaima Gerstner and Józefa Gonciarczyk, which took their significant place in the project and will return with it. One of the last presentations of materials related to this took place in the presence of the local authorities of Oświęcim on 14.06.2021. In the next entries we will deal with this topic in more detail.
