The HOLOS project popped into my mind, Brian Berman, while meditating. I witnessed a movement of thought arising from silence/stillness and returning to silence. These arising thoughts revealed the pattern of the spiral geometry of the torus. One thought caught my attention to follow it further, like investing energy after thought. The thought was, “That would be a beautiful sculpture.” This was followed by the recognition that if I made a sculpture out of it, it would be proof that thoughts manifest. I named the HOLOS project as a symbol of one humanity.
